Monday gets a bad rap. I totally get it. Who wants the weekend to be over? Not this gal! I really think 3-day weekends should be the the norm. That's because it takes a full day to catch-up on stuff you couldn't get to during the week, and then we need two other days to decompress. And for me, I finally get the chance to sleep like a human, so...
But here are a couple of reasons why Monday shouldn't be your nemesis.
1. You have a clean slate.
2. It's a great time to set new goals.
3. Your morning coffee/tea/whatever beverage tastes better on Monday mornings.
I didn't say these were scientifically proven good reasons, but let's try to be cool with Monday. At least let Monday sit at your lunch table. It doesn't have to be right next to you, but it's a start. LOL
