Bockpot Yum

We'll soon be returning to stick-to-your-ribs recipes. And this one qualifies as a lot of comfort food yum. Plus, it was a hit with my peeps. Enjoy!

Crockpot Italian Chicken


4 chicken breasts (I used 3)

8 oz. cream cheese (softened, and cut into cubes)

1 packet Zesty Italian seasoning

2 cans cream of chicken soup


Throw everything in the crockpot. Cook on low for 4 hours. Shred the chicken and stir it all up. If the sauce is too thin, add a little milk. Serve over pasta. 
Eat a lot, and then take a nap...
