I'm not a fan of spiders. Nor am I a fan of their webs-- especially when you can't see them and you walk into one and then you feel stuck for life. I am fascinated by the artistry of how a spider makes its web. I once watched an orb weaver weave it out. It was cool. But...
Imagine seeing this on a stroll in the woods:
A Missouri Department of Conservation employee saw this gem while making his rounds and shared his discovery to social media. Could you imagine falling into this, and then the giant spider feasts on you for dinner!?!?!
The only way I'd want to encounter this-- or the Picasso Orb Weaver-- is if said orb weaver is passing out Halloween candy. Otherwise... NOOO!
